Ingredients

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse together the flour, butter, sugar, and salt until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan, then chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
