Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 stalks lemongrass, white part only, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and black pepper. Add the beef cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
