Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and black pepper. Add the beef cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
