Ingredients

  • 500g of zebu beef, cut into cubes
  • 3 stalks of lemongrass, white parts only, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the zebu beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
  4. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Serve the lemongrass beef skewers hot with rice or a fresh salad.
