Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar. Marinate for 15 minutes.
