Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime zest, lime juice, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then coat them with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
