Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Zest and juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime zest, lime juice, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then coat them with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
