Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons lemongrass, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crumbled tofu, lemongrass, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and agave nectar until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the tofu mixture. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through and slightly browned.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the chopped cilantro and peanuts.
- To assemble the wraps, spoon the tofu mixture onto the lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
