Ingredients
- 4 sole fillets
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the sole fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and sweet paprika to the skillet, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Push the onion mixture to the side of the skillet and add the sole fillets. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Transfer the fish to a serving platter and spoon the onion and garlic mixture over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley.
