Ingredients
- 200g ground almonds
- 100g honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2-3 tbsp water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the ground almonds, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
- Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- Pour a small ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a round shape.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the pancakes warm with a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
