Ingredients

  • 200g ground almonds
  • 100g honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2-3 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground almonds, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
  4. Pour a small ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a round shape.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve the pancakes warm with a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
