Ingredients
- 1 cup red lentils
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 4 cups vegetable broth

Instructions
- Rinse the lentils under cold water and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.

- Pour in the vegetable broth and add the rinsed lentils, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
