Ingredients
- 2 cups dried lentils
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups vegetable broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Rinse the lentils under cold water and set aside.

- Add the garlic, cumin, and paprika. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
