Ingredients
- 2 cups dried lentils
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Rinse the lentils under cold water and set aside.

- Add the carrots, celery, and bell pepper to the pot. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.

- Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
