Ingredients
- 4 pieces of salted cod fillets
- 1 cup olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the salted cod fillets in water for 24 hours, changing the water several times to remove excess salt.
- Pat the cod fillets dry and cut them into serving-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in the sweet paprika and cayenne pepper, then add the cod fillets to the skillet.
- Pour in the white wine and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the cod is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the cod with the garlic sauce spooned over the top.
