Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, flour, vegetable oil, and salt.
- Add the warm water gradually and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a flatbread.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and keep warm until ready to serve.
