Lesotho-style Grilled Trout With Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 whole trout, cleaned and gutted
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
