Ingredients
- 2 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crusts
- 1 can (29 ounces) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups evaporated milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Combine the sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a large bowl.
- Stir in the pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
- Gradually stir in the evaporated milk.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crusts.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 25-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
