Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, shaking off any excess.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the chicken with the lemon-caper sauce spooned over the top.
