Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef

  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and allspice until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the skillet and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess grease.
