- 300ml beer
- 200ml beef broth

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove them from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sprinkle the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Gradually pour in the beer and beef broth, stirring to create a smooth sauce.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet, cover, and let simmer for 30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
