Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 200g green beans, trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed. Stir-fry the garlic, onion, bell peppers, and green beans until they are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the wok and pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well coated with the sauce.
