Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 200g green beans, trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed. Stir-fry the garlic, onion, bell peppers, and green beans until they are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the wok and pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well coated with the sauce.
- Serve the Limburgse Kip en Groente Roerbak hot with steamed rice.
