Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets

- 2 eggs, beaten

- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Place the chicken breast fillets between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken fillets in flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs, and coat them with breadcrumbs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken schnitzels for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
