Ingredients

- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, chopped chili, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
