Lime And Chili Seafood Skewers

Ingredients

  • 500g mixed seafood (such as prawns, fish, and squid), cut into chunks
  • 2 limes, juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, chopped chili, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the mixed seafood to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
