Linzer Torte Love

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • Confectioners' sugar, for dusting

Instructions
