Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb, cut into cubes
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp paprika

- 500 ml beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the lamb cubes to the pot and brown on all sides.
- Stir in the paprika and caraway seeds, then add the diced bell peppers and chopped tomatoes.
- Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, or until the lamb is tender.
