Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb, cut into cubes
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 500 ml beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. Add the lamb cubes to the pot and brown on all sides.
  3. Stir in the paprika and caraway seeds, then add the diced bell peppers and chopped tomatoes.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, or until the lamb is tender.
