Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked red kidney beans
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of ground fenugreek
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 pound of bread dough
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooked red kidney beans, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground coriander, ground fenugreek, salt, and black pepper.
- Divide the bread dough into small portions and roll each portion into a flat circle.
- Place a spoonful of the bean filling onto each dough circle and fold the edges to seal the filling inside.
- Place the filled dough on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
