Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked red kidney beans
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of ground fenugreek
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 pound of bread dough

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked red kidney beans, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground coriander, ground fenugreek, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Divide the bread dough into small portions and roll each portion into a flat circle.
  3. Place a spoonful of the bean filling onto each dough circle and fold the edges to seal the filling inside.
  4. Place the filled dough on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
