Ingredients

  • 1 lb lobster, shelled and cut into chunks
  • 10 oz rice noodles, soaked in hot water until softened
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the lobster chunks until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.
  2. Heat the remaining oil in the wok. Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the softened rice noodles and bean sprouts to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Stir to combine.
  5. Add the cooked lobster back into the wok. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
