Ingredients
- 1 lb lobster, shelled and cut into chunks
- 10 oz rice noodles, soaked in hot water until softened
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the lobster chunks until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in the wok. Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the softened rice noodles and bean sprouts to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked lobster back into the wok. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
