Lobster Linguine

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
