Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh cod fillets, skinless and boneless
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 egg, beaten

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

- Form the mixture into small patties and place them on a plate.
