Lofoten-style Cod Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh cod fillets, skinless and boneless
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
