Lokum Cheesesteak (turkish Delight Cheesesteak)

Ingredients
- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces Turkish delight (lokum), thinly sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls, split
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Push the steak to one side of the skillet and add the onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Season the steak, onions, and peppers with salt and pepper.
- Divide the steak, onions, and peppers into 4 portions in the skillet.
- Top each portion with slices of Turkish delight and 2 slices of provolone cheese.
- Cover the skillet and cook until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
- Open the hoagie rolls and place them on top of the steak mixture in the skillet to warm them up.
- Once the rolls are warm, carefully transfer each portion of the steak mixture into a hoagie roll.
- Serve the Lokum Cheesesteak immediately and enjoy!
