Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
  4. Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir to coat the shrimp evenly.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers and green onions to the pan, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
