Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
- Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and green onions to the pan, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
