Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) Chinese wheat noodles
- 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
- 2 tbsp (30ml) rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30ml) sesame oil
- 2 tbsp (30g) sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (5g) grated ginger
- 1/4 cup (60g) creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (60ml) water
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup (30g) toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger, peanut butter, and water to make the sesame sauce.
- Toss the cold noodles with the sesame sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
