Ingredients
- 2 nori seaweed sheets
- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
- Place a nori sheet on a clean, dry surface.
- Spread half of the sushi rice evenly over the nori sheet, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
- Arrange the cucumber, avocado, pickled ginger, shredded carrots, and daikon radish sprouts in the center of the rice.
- Roll the nori sheet into a burrito shape, using a bamboo sushi mat if available.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds to make a dipping sauce.
- Slice the sushi burrito in half and serve with the dipping sauce.
