Ingredients
- 300g lotus root, thinly sliced
- 200g pork belly, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the pork belly and stir-fry until it turns golden brown and crispy. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil in the wok. Add the garlic, ginger, and green onions, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the lotus root slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender.
- Return the pork belly to the wok, then add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
