Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups warm water
- Vegetable oil for frying

- Chopped nuts, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add the warm water gradually and mix until the batter is smooth. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pot over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle the loukoumades with honey, sprinkle with cinnamon, and garnish with chopped nuts.
