Ingredients
- 3 lbs leg of lamb
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
