Low Calorie Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce, cocoa powder, almond flour, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
