Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
