Low-carb Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
