Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, flaxseed, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, and almond milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
