Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, flaxseed, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, and almond milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
