Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove the cabbage leaves and blanch them in the boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool.
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey, onion, and garlic until the turkey is no longer pink. Add the cauliflower rice, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll them up, tucking in the sides as you go. Place the rolls seam side down in a baking dish.
- Cover the rolls with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cabbage is tender and the rolls are heated through.
