Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
