Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated taro, grated coconut, flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add the coconut milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
