Ingredients

  • 4 sea bass fillets
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the sliced potatoes in a single layer on a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and sprinkle half of the sliced garlic on top.
  3. Bake the potatoes for 15 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown.
  4. Season the sea bass fillets with salt and smoked paprika.
  5. Remove the baking dish from the oven and place the seasoned sea bass fillets on top of the potatoes. Scatter the remaining garlic slices over the fish.
  6. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
