Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, sausage-like kebab around the skewers.
- Heat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Cook the kebabs for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice charred exterior.
- Remove the kebabs from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
