Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, sausage-like kebab around the skewers.
  3. Heat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Cook the kebabs for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice charred exterior.
  4. Remove the kebabs from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
