Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized squid
- 200g ground pork
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Clean the squid and remove the tentacles. Set aside.

- Stuff the squid tubes with the pork mixture and secure the openings with toothpicks.
