Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized squid
  • 200g ground pork
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the squid and remove the tentacles. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground pork, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
