Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, and chili flakes. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Transfer the spicy garlic shrimp to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
