Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, and chili flakes. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the spicy garlic shrimp to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
