Ingredients
- 500g water chestnut flour
- 300g granulated sugar
- 800ml water
- 50g coconut milk
- 10g vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the water chestnut flour and sugar together.
- Gradually add water while stirring to form a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with vegetable oil.
- Pour the batter into the pan and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
- Brush the top of the cake with coconut milk for a glossy finish.
- Allow the cake to cool, then cut into squares and serve.
