Ingredients

  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Season the lamb with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the lamb and brown on all sides, then remove from the pot and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, sauté the onions until translucent. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they start to break down.
  4. Stir in the peanut butter, tomato paste, and beef broth. Return the lamb to the pot and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the lamb is tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped peanuts before serving.
