Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 sweet potato, diced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  2. Add the peanut butter and vegetable broth, stirring until well combined.
