Ingredients
- 2 cups groundnuts (peanuts), shelled and roasted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, grind the roasted groundnuts until they form a smooth paste.
- In a saucepan, combine the groundnut paste, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the pudding into serving bowls and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
