Ingredients

  • 4 barramundi fillets
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons wattleseed
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Season the barramundi fillets with salt and pepper.
