Macadamia and Wattleseed Crusted Barramundi (夏威夷果和瓦特尔子裹鳟鱼)

Ingredients
- 4 barramundi fillets
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons wattleseed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Season the barramundi fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow dish, mix the chopped macadamia nuts and wattleseed.
- Dredge each fillet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with the macadamia and wattleseed mixture.
